"The Backroom" is one of the best kept secrets in Long Beach, an elegant
but comfortable atmosphere where you can forget the outside world.

"The Backroom" is open Tuesday thru Friday from 5-10:00 pm, with "Happy
Hour" 5-7 pm. Saturdays we're open 12-4:00pm for lunch, 5-10:00 for the
evening with 5-7:00pm for Happy Hour. "The Backroom" is also open on
Sundays from 12-2:00 pm for our wine classes with Master Sommelier
Elizabeth Schweitzer, Sunday Sippers and special events.

The menu in "The Backroom," created by our chef Cinthia Madrid, is a work in
progress, always keeping in mind the sort of interesting and savory cheese and
charcuterie pairings and delicious light fair that will enhance your wine and beer
tasting pleasure.
